Frequently Asked Questions
What types of wheel damage can be repaired?
Carisma Customs repairs curb rash, scratches, gouges, bent wheels, cracked wheels, corrosion and peeling clear coat. Repair options depend on the wheel’s construction and the severity of the damage.
Can you repair chrome-plated wheels?
No. Chrome-plated wheels cannot be repaired or serviced through our wheel repair program. Replacement is typically the best option for damaged chrome wheels.
Do you repair motorcycle wheels?
No. Wheel repair and restoration are currently available for cars and trucks only.
Do you offer mobile wheel repair?
No. All wheel repair services are completed in-house at our Delafield facility. Appointments are required.
How long does wheel repair take?
Turnaround times vary because parts of the repair process are subcontracted. Wheel repair works best as an add-on while your vehicle is already scheduled for detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection or another Carisma Customs service.
