This is the second vehicle we’ve taken to Carisma Customs. We brought our vehicle in to have ceramic coating, detailing, and paint chip repair work done. Chad was a great person to work with and I enjoyed his no BS attitude of telling us what he’s seen work for our style of vehicle and what he recommended. He gave us all the options and never pushed for the most expensive package just to make money. It’s clear that Chad cares about the quality of work his team provides as well as a great customer experience. We certainly had both and couldn’t be happier. The finished product definitely had the wow factor we were looking for. We’ll be recommending them to others and bringing our future cars here too! Read less

I came here because of a bad experience with another local well-known detail shop, and I am glad I did! I had Charisma Customs ceramic coat and tint my new truck and they did an incredible job. I’m pretty picky, but their work ethic, quality, and attention to detail left me with nothing but positive things to say. Chad at the front desk was great to work with, and the rest of their staff in the back shop are professionals in their crafts. When I received my truck back, it was flawless and looked better than it did when I took delivery from the dealership. There’s a reason so many customers trust them with their high end and exotic vehicles. I will not hesitate to go back again in the future. Read less

My four month saga of absolute frustration finally ended thanks to Carisma Customs in Delafield! They delivered my Nismo the way it should have looked when the dealership delivered it. It honestly looked like a lost cause due to how much damage the dealership and two other shops caused with hard, unskilled buffing/paint correction. Those other detailers couldn't fix it properly, but Chad and his guys knocked it out of the park. I can finally drive my Nismo without being embarrassed. She looks beautiful and the ceramic coating is perfect! Read less

I took my car to Carisma Customs to fix a shoddy PPF job originally done by a shop more local to me. Carisma Customs knocked it out of the park. Their workmanship is top-notch, with great communication from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.
